Iraq Gate Project
Based on the investment license No. (28/2010) granted to Baghdad Gate for Real Estate Investments Company, a contract was signed between Baghdad Gate for Real Estate Investments and Al Iraq Al Moa’ser Company (ALMCO) for the construction of (49) residential towers comprising (4200) housing units in addition to an international school, a specialized hospital and a huge commercial boulevard in addition to green spaces and social club.
On a land area of 256,000 square meters at a cost of two hundred million US dollars.
The first phase of the project was delivered early year 2019
