Community Welfare Training
ALMCO Owns a Community Training Center (CTC) and the instructors that encompass it at RUMAILA ALMCO Base Camp, which provides a range of life-saving skills to individuals, civic groups, schools and other organizations and institutions including:

- GENERAL SAFETY TRAINING
- BASIC FIRE SAFETY TRAINING
- BASIC CPR TRAINING
- FIRST AID TRAINING
- SKILLED FOOD SERVICE WORK TRAINING
- SKILLED HANDY MAN TRAINING
These Training is directed to Youth Workers and Young Community Leaders by Professional Instructors and aims to strengthen the capacities of Local communities in generating employment opportunities for Local youth through civic engagement and community development.
ALMCO aims to develop an educational resource pack offering practical and easy-to-use methods and practices for direct youth empowerment work for community development.Accommodation, Meals and Working Materials are provided by ALMCO.
